Drainage on the road found unwanted plastic bag, dead bird body, dry leaves and water after rain, who to call?

The chocked drainage located at the centre of the Common Wealth West Rd after the Clementi MRT station toward Jurong East Station. Just infornt of Clementi Ave 4 Blk 319. Called Ministry of Environment and they said that they will contact PUB but since Monday 08 Mar10 the drainage still not clear, today even worst as water gather after yesterday rain. Pls help to advise who to call as worry Dengue!!!!
