Why does everyone bash Bischoff?

I don't get why EVERYONE thinks it's Eric Bischoff's fault that TNA stinks. First off if it weren't for Eric Bischoff we would never of had the NWO. Even Mcmahon couldn't develop something like that and no DX wasn't even close to being as good as the NWO. Second the only reason WCW went out of business are the same reasons why you bash TNA today. WWE stole talent from WCW like Jericho and Booker T and yes even Mick Foley was in WCW before WWE. Sure WWE had Steve Austin and the Rock and hhh to name a few, but it's not like those WCW stars didn't help WWE to progressively put WCW out of business. So be careful when you say Bischoff drove WCW into the ground. This is the same guy who was putting WWE on life support back in 97 when WWE was absolutely getting their es handed to them in ratings by WCW and was nearly put out of business. All I'm saying is that it's not all Bischoff's fault that TNA gets a crappy rating each week. It's not like he is in charge of evaluating talent, but rather Dixie Carter usually is responsible. Now I can understand if you said Hogan should be fired by TNA, because frankly he REALLY has no freakin clue how to run a wrestling company and has no experience running a wrestling company. He is just in it, because he wrongfully thinks because he is a big star of the past that his cameo appearances mean big draws. He doesn't really know anything about talent. So don't you guys think your being a little critical of Eric Bischoff.
