Help! Watery eyes!?

I know Jen asked a similar Q three months ago, but I'm at my wits end... my eyes are severly affected by cold and/or windy weather, and people have often stopped me in concern as it seems like I'm in floods of tears! Happens too at other times but no so much. Tried wrap round gles, drops, hats, the lot. Doctor said they are just sensitive but I'm ok with make up, being in smokey environments etc. My eyes end up red and sore after dabbing with tissue constantly. Does anyone else suffer like this? Jen, if your reading this, you have my full sympathy! Discovered any solutions yet??x
