If the healthcare bill is ped without bi-partisan support ,what will happen in 2010 elections?Pelosi out?

Nothing. The Democrats are on course to build on their majority. Lets not forget that this isn't the first time that the GOP has been on the wrong side of history, Take a look at their voting record on the ping of Social Security and Medicare. Pelosi out? No way because when you get down to the votes the nation is still 70% for the Democrats and 30% Republicans. Of course there may be a swing of about 10% if you add all the new found bigots and birthers . But there will be a clear 65-70% majority for the Democrats.
