Did you experience ovulation pain with Clomid?

With my first round and only round of clomid I experienced awful ovulation pain and I guess preovulation pain not to mention hot flashes. My doctor did not monitor me because she was hopingI would only need one round and she was right. I think the ovulation pain is normal since it is sort of aforced ovulation.
