Does anyone else think our world will be ending soon?

Now, I don't wanna start any religious conflicts, but in the Bible it is states that wars and famine will break out and the world will slowly come to an end. We've really always had war and famine, but also, many earthquakes are occurring as well as the tsunami in Japan. There's also a chance of the U.S Government shutting down? I'm not so sure about that part, but with all that is occurring, I truly believe the end is near. Does any else have any opinions on this?
