If you were once an atheist, but then returned to believing god, what made you do so?

I accepted religion after stumbling upon a theory that we live in a mere fraction of reality, and are truly burdened with ignorance, unable to dis-prove any-thing's existence, even unicorns and flying spaghetti monsters, as plausible as pastafarianism is.
