Teaching the flute in marching band ?

i was this girl in marching band it was my freshmen year i hated being ordered around by upper cl men i was the worst always getting yelled at and acting like a crazy person:::::: get on her level ask her why she wont try don't say take Private lessons with the economy the way it is not many people can afford a 35 dollar an hour price basically take her under your wing and reure her that its tough and talk to her nicely when shes not playing right don't say"your not playing this right " try saying "here try this" and show her what shes doing wrong:) hands on is the way to go especially when your working with teens around your age we all want to be independent and work with that let her do this wrong and show her the right way its always good to make a friend in the process just a tip from someone who knows:)
