Why France is so superior in health care? Should USA follow their example?

Yes we should follow it and eat more like the french. But we are rich smug consuming greedy capitalistic country that preys on weak nations to destroy their beliefs if they are not in alignment with ours. I am ashamed of the Country I lost my foot to in war.
